 Logo Usage and Designs:

  • We offer custom rhinestone, glitter and sublimation designs for your logos, artwork, team, church, school or business. 
  • The artwork submitted must be your own or you must have permission to use it. We here at Xtreme Bling do not use trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs submitted to us including College or Universities, Professional Sports Teams (NBA, NFL, NHL etc.), or Disney just to name a few.
  • We will assume no responsibility in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. 
  • We reserve the right to display on our website any logo or design that we create or digitize as an example of the quality of our work. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order if the content appears to be questionable. 
Custom Order Terms and Conditions:
  • You can submit your artwork (jpg, jpeg or png files) for a quote by using our Custom Order page. 
  • Payment in full is required for order processing to begin.  We do not consider an order placed until payment is received in full.  We allow for two revisions of your proof, a major and minor revision.   Should you require further proof revisions, there will be a $10 fee per additional revision.  Please note any proof changes, may delay the delivery time.
  • All images and artwork are copyright protected. Xtreme Bling will own copyright to any finished graphic design produced by Xtreme Bling.  Duplication, reproduction or changing of design(s) is prohibited!
Payment:
  • Payment methods include all major credit cards, afterpay and paypal.
  • For custom orders, you will be sent an invoice, and once full payment is made, production will begin.
Shipping:
  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and/or shipment of custom orders after artwork approval and full payment is received depending on quantities. 
  • Rush shipping is available for an additional cost of $30 depending on the quantity.

Lost/ Stolen Packages:

  • Disclaimer: Xtreme Bling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
  • Any lost, stolen, or damaged items must be reported as a claim to USPS.
